Mayor Honors Top Students—On Friday, Jan. 25, Mayor James Kennedy announced the monthly grand prize winner of the PBSIS Initiative Program at Rahway Middle School. Kennedy also presented prizes to the weekly winners in grades 6-8. The PBSIS Initiative is a school-wide incentive program that encourages positive social skills and recognizes students who engage in behaviors that improve the school climate.
